Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your scheduled appointment and my time, I kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
New clients are required to have a valid card on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged until completion of service or in the event of a cancellation that falls within the policy outlined below.
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service total. Any deposit paid will also be forfeited. All outstanding cancellation fees must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or may require adjustments to the scheduled service based on the remaining time available.
Due to the time, products, and customization involved in each appointment, all services are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unhappy with your service, I am happy to provide reasonable adjustments within 7 days of the original appointment date. Adjustment requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
